1. Services & quotes

All bookings begin as requests. Listed prices are starting prices for a typical vehicle in typical condition; final pricing depends on vehicle size and condition and is always confirmed with you in writing before work begins.

Nothing is charged when you submit a request. To confirm an appointment you approve a custom quote and place a card securely on file with Stripe.

2. Payment & invoicing

Payment is due after the service is completed. We email an invoice for the final amount, payable by card (including the card on file), cash or major mobile payment apps.

Larger services and coatings may require a deposit to hold the date; any deposit is stated on your quote before you approve it.

3. Cancellations & no-shows

You may cancel or reschedule at no cost with at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee as stated on your approved quote.

4. Text messaging (SMS) terms

By checking the SMS consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from A&B Auto Shine about your quote, appointment reminders and arrival updates at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of service.

Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how your number is handled.

5. Service conditions

We need safe, legal access to the vehicle and enough room to work. We arrive self-contained with our own water and power unless otherwise arranged.

Travel is free within 20 miles of Salem, Oregon; beyond that a per-mile travel fee applies as quoted.

6. Liability

We take great care with every vehicle, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose or failing trim and coatings, or personal items left in the vehicle. Please remove valuables before your appointment.
